ROYAL WHEAT

What is spelt? It is an exceptional kind of wheat, which was very popular in the Middle Ages, but almost completely forgotten over time. One of the reasons was that the conditions in which it grows are very demanding.

What is ORKISZ vodka? It is a unique drink, which owes its delicious taste to Royal Wheat and a careful production process.

A JEWEL IN THE CROWN OF FLAVOUR

ORKISZ - A royal vodka for gourmets who appreciate its uniqueness.. Its exceptional flavour derives from unhurriedness and respect for ingredients. It takes time for the flavours to bloom - it takes care to reach the highest quality. One thing is certain: patience will be rewarded.

ORKISZ vodka is produced in small quantities by slow distillation. This is why it has an incomparably mild, subtle and unique flavour. To ensure that it exhibits its unique qualities and flavours, it should not be frozen or excessively cooled.

THE TRUE VALUE
OF NATURE

Triticum Spelta is a unique wheat, which was cultivated for centuries in the cool climate of Scandinavia and in mountainous regions of Germany, Switzerland and Poland. Unfortunately, it began to disappear over time.

Fortunately, some small fields have been preserved, including some at the foot of Polish mountains, thanks to which it has survived. Nowadays, it is grown by specialist farms located in very few places in Europe, including Poland as well as in America. They cultivate and supply the market with this unique raw material, which we use to produce our vodka.

THE CREATIVE POWER OF CLIMATE

Spelt requires special conditions. For centuries, it was cultivated in the cool climateM of Scandinavia and in mountainous regions of Germany, Switzerland and Poland.

This is no different now. It is grown by specialist farms located in very few places in the world. The spirit extracted from the spelt has a distinct yet exceptionally mild flavour. In combination with the water from our own sources, it creates unique ORKISZ vodka.
